How Much RAM and Storage Does Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, S23, and S23 Plus Have?
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is available in 8GB and 12GB RAM while the Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus are available in only 8GB RAM. All the Samsung S23 series phones come with LPDDR5X RAM.
The fact that the S23 and S23 Plus come with just one RAM option makes things easier for average potential users. Because over the years numerous people have wondered about the amount of RAM that is enough for them.
Yes, 8GB RAM is about what most people need and now all you have to worry about is the internal storage and which is enough for you.
Samsung S23 has 128GB (UFS 3.1), 256GB (UFS 4.0), and 512GB (UFS 4.0) internal storage options while the Galaxy S23 Plus has Samsung S23 has 256GB (UFS 4.0) and 512GB (UFS 4.0) internal storage options.
I don’t think anybody should go for a 128GB internal storage option in 2023 especially when it is a UFS 3.1 storage while other storage options have UFS 4.0. Just so you know, UFS 4.0 is 2 times faster in read and write than UFS 3.1 storage.
When you combine the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and LPDDR5X RAM with UFS 4.0 storage, you have a faster device that is great for multitasking.
So, I think you should go for at least the 256GB on either the S23 or the S23 Plus.
The S23 Ultra comes with 8GB and 12GB RAM options as I said earlier and you have to decide which one is right for you. It also comes with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB internal storage options, all of which are UFS 4.0 storage.
If you are a power user such as a content creator or gamer, you should go for the 12GB RAM and 1TB internal storage variant while an average user will be fine with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant but 512GB storage will be preferred.
