Does Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Have Headphone Jack?

No, the Samsung S22 series which comprises the Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, and S22 Ultra does not have or come with the 3.5mm headphone jack.

I also don’t think that any Samsung flagships going forward will come with it. My major reason is the amount of revenue that the Samsung galaxy buds generate for the company.

Another reason I believe that the headphone jack won’t be making a comeback in the future with any flagship is that the phone sitting at the top of their mid-range segment – the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G which was launched in mid-March 2022 does not come with one either. Neither do the A53 5G and A33 5G.

You can always get yourself an old flagship if you want the feature or get the lowest end of the new Samsung A series.

As I mentioned earlier, the three phones at the top of the A series didn’t come with the headphone jack in 2022, they might extend the removal of this legacy hardware to even the budget phones on the series in 2023 or maybe in 2024.

If that is the case, I think it makes sense to just get used to the new trend and get yourself a Galaxy Bud even if it is an old version since it will be cheaper now that there are new ones.
